Im going to park City in a month, and I want to know which gym equipment should I use and how should I train prior a month to go snowboarding for a week. I usually do lots of exercise, but as you know, you need to train some specific points to have your best performance in the mountain.

Kind Regards

Lots of squats, crunches and leg presses, also push ups and chest presses. This is mostly because you will be sitting and standing repetitively at first, a still snowbord is like a bicycle with no kickstand, you tip over when you stop, then get up to go.
You will get it, and have fun.
If you're looking for a good instructor at Park City, I recommend Martin Drayton, He's one of the very best anywhere.

u need to work on the knee muscles the most. because u are ballancing and landing jumps with ur knees bent it puts pressure on ur knees.. so u dont want to tear a ligament or anything. u also should work on balance.that is another very important thing when it comes to snowboarding..
HOPE U HAVE FUN!

Strengthen your legs... squats, lunges, calves, hamstring curls, etc.

And dont forget cardio work outs, too!

Have fun in UT!
