I am trying to be as tasteful as I can with this, so I am expecting adult answers and useful information.
I have a problem with dryness when being intimate with my man. Its like everything drys up even my mouth. Is there something I can do to prevent this? Obviously I can buy 'personal lubrication' for some aspects but maybe there is something in my diet or lacking in my diet that is causing this and I need to make a change. Does anyone know about this?

Caffeine can cause this dryness. If you are a heavy soda or coffee drinker, this can cause dryness. Also there is a hormone imbalance that causes dryness. This usually happens in menopausal woman though not usually younger women. You should speak to a gyn about this if it is a hormone problem. I sure had this problem. Replens is really a good lubricant and so is Moist again. Also, a little bit of neutrogena oil prior to intimacy can get the juices going. If you are dry before intimacy, being intimate will make the dryness worse and will definately turn off pleasure. Neutrogena sesame oil can be used and also no problem with oral contact. Getting a little lubrication going before sex can really halp the natural flow. Being dry and then having sex just irritates the memebranes and also your mental attitude. You are so concerned about getting wet that it just doesnt happen. Try the natural prelub and see what happens.

maximum cases, it is painful and uncomfortable. i have continually hated being circumcised so out of frustration I not in any respect used lube to masturbate because I shouldn't could. The penis must have the foreskin for a organic lubrication. This presented about sore spots, sores, and infrequently swelling. I have when you consider that restored my foreskin and it is a million cases better. the feeling of pores and skin sliding (fantastically back and fourth in the course of the great) is remarkable, I HATE the feeling of the sin not oftentimes shifting and all that friction. it is not very pleasing. Plus the great receives dried out and loses maximum of it is sensitivity from being uncovered so even rubbing the great isn't very relaxing even as circumcised. Over all between the lack of the lubrication from the foreskin and the sensitivity... masturbation receives a lot extra sturdy, a lot extra inconvenient, and a lot less relaxing. I also observed... after a lengthy time period, it receives severe priced to purchase lube. and also you're proper that's a complete inconvenience. I propose you may get up, bypass get it, positioned it on, then it is only extra to clean up. Having the foreskin is much better for me. i love the gliding pores and skin. -Connor

Yes, I was reading in an article that some women tend to suffer from dryness when having intercourse with their spouse or boyfriend. The sexologist recommended that before having sex to eat fruits or something sweet while having four play. Sweets increases the volume of lubrication as well as saliva. Try it

The amount of Lubrication depends on a few different things. Are you aroused??? But more so related to hormones.. Perimenopausal/ Menopausal women have a decrease in Estrogen.. Talk to your Doc about Lab work, maybe you need HRT.

since your mouth dries up too that rules out a local (vaginal) problem. There are meds that increase mucus secretion, see your doc...if you have dry eyes too it could be Sjogrens syndrome.
