Yes you can, but definitely It will show that it has been wrinkled before. You can moist a washcloth and put it on top of the paper and iron it, it will help a lot. Good luck!

Ironing it will cause it to scorch. Did you ever iron on a transfer to your clothes. Remember how the paper would yellow? What about weight or steam? Maybe steaming it with an iron between towels or something....
I searched around for tips but couldn't find any.

Iron it on the reverse side. Start with a low temperature and increase the temperature gradually until it works. Use steam from a steam-iron if absoloutely necessary.
Is it absolutely essential to have the original. You could scan it and print another copy or photocopy it.

You could try pressing it. Put a cloth over the paper and put the iron on very low heat.

Wet it a bit, then iron a bit. Then hang it in a stretched way, could use clippers, and leave it to dry in a very stretched way.

I vote, use an iron. But keep the setting light. You don't want any fires here...

Depends what's on it. If the ink won't run then just wet it down and lightly iron it.
