If you get a Master's before you get any K-12 teaching experience, you may find that it's VERY difficult to find a job. School boards don't like paying for people with lots of qualifications but no practical experience. If you do pursue a Master's, wait until you've got a couple years of teaching under your belt.

Most places it is about 5000 more with a masters.

It can be anywhere between a 3-6% differential in your salary (It will definitely make you a better teacher which is priceless!)

My salary jumped 4K a year.
