Due to the fact that you asked a question like that to a bunch of people that know nothing about you or your academic background tells me you aren't very smart. So I'm gonna go with 'none of them'.

It is unlikely that you will get into Harvard unless you get into all four. If you get into Georgetown, you will probably also get into Carnegie Mellon and Rutgers.

You will not get into any of them unless you did well as an undergraduate. You will have had to do very well to get into Georgetown or Harvard.
