Make sure you are exercising, eating healthy fruits and veggies, take prenatal pills.

See your doctor as well.

Try charting your basal body temp to track your cycle and now when and if your ovulating. A good site that is free and will help and teach you what to do is fertiltiyfriend.com. I used it and was able to get pg in 2 months. But it can also help you know if your even ovulating and your charts can be taken to a dr if there may be an issue.
I don't think having sex on your period will hurt anything but that's not the prime time for conception.

Having sex during your period cannot hurt your man at all-it is just a mess!Try to have sex every other day around 2 weeks after your period-your most fertile time.Also-after he does it in you-lay on your back with your knees bent and a pillow under the small of your back for 10-20 min. so the sperm has easy access. It worked for us both times! Also start taking a daily multi vitamin-it can help up your chance of reproduction.

The only harm I can see your man having if having sex during your period is if he doesn't clean off good...may cause some skin irritation! BUT...go to Parents Center web site and go under conceive...they will have a form to fill out about your period, length you have..days apart.etc...then it will calculate your ovulation calander for the next year I think...have sex alot during that time and allow the sperm to stay inside you (don't pee, or douche for about an hour!) This MIGHT take a few months trying..but it helped me..

I've never heard of Aunt flow hurting the man....just messy. And the best advice I have EVER heard when you are trying to have a baby is to quit trying. Take your mind off of trying and just let nature takes its course. The harder you TRY, the harder it seems to be to conceive. Good luck!

Have you tried tracking your ovulation yet? If you want to, you can buy ovulation prediction kits to help with that. Once you've been trying for over a year, though, you can see a fertility specialist. And no, having sex on your period will not hurt your partner.

Take prenatal vitamins, and see your ob/gyn they may be able to help you. Have sex on your most fertile days, which is 10-14 days after the first day of your period,
