if you have bought it one/two days ago, you may bring it back to the dealer to exchange. they will exchange it for you. just bring back your receipt.
if you have bought it in less than a year, it should still be under warranty. Just bring it to your country's NOKIA customer care and they'll gladly change it for your LCD screen, just bring your warranty card and dealers receipt. You may wish to call up NOKIA to ask them about the LCD screen change though. It is applicable for my country but i'm not too sure for your country.

If you put out your screen Cover.By your fingur has may be scratch screen . Once time i am use NOkia6630.I am using noew nookia7610.
