babysitting is the most popular one. Second is taking care of pets while a neighbor is away. Also helping people clean their houses. Those are some jobs...hobbies could be swimming, any type of sport(soccer, football, skating, skiing, etc) the arts as in taking painting classes, ballet, hip hop, tap, jazz, theatre, acting classes, choir or voice lessons. There are tons of things that thirteen year olds can do! You just have to figure out what they like to do and base it off on that. Jobs are kinda hard at this age, but the top three are good choices!

My 6 year old has a lemonade stand and has been successful with it (made $34 the first time out). Since you've given no indication of their talents, likes or dislikes its kind of hard to give suggestions but I would start with them going around the neighborhood and offering cleanup/assistance to elderly neighbors, if they're mature enough they can babysit, they can do pet sitting, dog walking, dog washing. They can wash cars, bake and sell cookies/desserts, if they are computer savvy, they can repair/upgrade computers, do wordprocessing or help with spreadsheets.
I would NOT, however, allow them to sign up with www.*************, it is a scam and a lot of offers require your credit card or some other means of payment from you. Also when you sign up with sites like that it is mainly to get your contact information into their database so they can call/mail/email you future marketing material only.
Let your kids be creative they will find something they like and maybe they can turn it into a cash stream for themselves.
