This question has gone four days without an answer. Wood pellets are usually made from sawdust generated from sawmills. The longest burning highest heat producing pellets are made using hardwood sawdust instead of pine sawdust. As to particular brands, there are so many available that it is not possible for me to recommend the "best". Best advice is to use hardwood pellets that are available for the best price in your area. Shipping costs can make them expensive if you buy them from a far away source and will have the effect of increasing the cost per BTU generated in your stove.

There is a lot of information available on the internet. A Yahoo search for "wood pellets" (include the quotation marks in the Yahoo search box) yields 173,000 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to spend a little time exploring, I'm sure that you will quickly find lots of useful and interesting information.

Good luck with your search.
