liars and csjs are telling right you probably clicking on add my watch lish instead of download it.
whenever you select any product from list then other download window appears then click on download now line which is just below the product name or upside on product name

it's because, as it said, you're clicking on the add to watch list button instead of download button. Click the big green box with arrows pointing downward to download.

Log into download.com then click on "view profile" in the upper right hand corner. Your watchlist is in there and you can probably click on what program it is that you want and download from there.
