They tend to go a long way with you before they actually suspend you. You have to be going out of your way to be offensive to get immediately suspended.

Dragon thinks it depends on the severity of the violation and whether or not you appealed it and perhaps other variables that Dragon can not think of. But Dragon is not sure of this.

I'm not sure. I think it also has to do with
the nature of the violation, and the complaint.
