Sit down with a cup of tea in a quiet room, and get it done. If your house is too noisy/distracting, try taking your books to the library and do it there. Homework is a fact of life, so all I can advise you is to go somewhere quiet with as few distractions as possible, so you can really focus. Give yourself a little treat afterwards though (an ice-cream, a magazine etc.) as this will make it more bearable, and you'll also feel you've earned it, which is a nice feeling! Best of luck, and remember - it's easier to keep up with homework than it is to catch up. It will start to snowball if you don't keep on top of your work.

The only reason for being loads of homework, is that you and others are disrupping the class.
The teacher has to cover a certain number of topics before you break up for summer, and if you keep mucking around in class the teacher will have no choice but to give you loads of homework.

Pace yourself out. Do the most urgent first. If you have a week to do it and it needs some research, save it for the week-end when you have more time. It is a question of organising yourself and prioritising. If you learn to do this now it will serve you all your life as it is a proper skill. Also start with the easiest as you can get it off your shoulders quickly, and then you have the rest of the time to spend on the more difficult tasks.

Check to see when it's due in - you may be able to spread the load. If you really do have more than, say, 2 hours' worth to do on one night, have a word with your class/form teacher, or ask one of the subject teachers if you can hand their work in late - explaining why of course.

Stop asking other people what to do and get your homework finished.

You need to be more specific - for example an hours homework per evening could be construed as excessive for a five year old but not for an eleven year old.
Please add some more details.
