who can I contact in regards to whoever issues cheques for social assistance/welfare. This is a Provincial Dept. Not Federal

If you check out the website www.canadabenefits.gc.ca or
www.hrsdc.gc.ca it will give you all Provincial depts and the number of the area of the city you want.
