"Replacements" is the best site I have ever found for identifying and valueing all kinds of china and glassware. The business started out as a source for people who needed to replace a piece or two of china in order to have a complete set. Over the years, they have become the largest source of replacement china that I am aware of. Here is the link:

Good luck with your search for information.

DON'T go to Ebay - like your average car boot, everyone wants something for nothing, so it would be hard to get a good valuation.

Your local auction house will value pieces at no cost, with the hope that you'll then sell it through them and they get a commission. It will also then be the most accurate valuation. Try 2 or 3 and see how they compare

How are homeless human beings "properly worth much less" as you place it? Your assumption that homeless persons are valueless is the two inhumane and obtuse. persons are properly worth extra effective than the quantity of money they do or do no longer make. they are properly worth extra effective than large automobiles and fancy residences....yet of course you does no longer be conscious of something approximately that. i'm guessing you would be ok which contain your teen putting a homeless guy on fireplace... I mean even with each and every little thing..he's "properly worth much less" top? it incredibly isn't a liberal or conservative challenge...it incredibly is approximately uncomplicated human decency....... lots of which persons such as you look lacking. i'm disgusted.

If you can't find the answer on the net (you might even try Ebay, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay!!! My sister sells a lot of antique dishes knickknacks there,) you can go to the library and ask the reference desk for a book, they can even request books from a different library for you!
