Is the mark you give yourself based on what you see in the mirror, other people's reactions to you, general high/low self esteem, or something else?
Also, is your partner higher or lower on the scale?

I'm not really interested in the *actual* number - most people are going to say 6 or 7 - rather than the reasons that you've arrived at it....doesn't it tell you something about yourself?
