Okay, I'm not kidding about this
I was painting my nails and I had an itch on my nose and without even thinking about it, I itched it and now I have a little white dot on my nose.
So my question is, is it safe to put nail-polish remover on skin to get rid of the little dot?

yeah- perfectly safe. it may be dry your skin out if you don't wash with soap and water afterwards.

Yes, it won't hurt you one bit- I dicovered a couple of weekends ago that not only will nail polish remover take off nail polish it will also remove latex paint from the skin. ( I had a little house painting project and got paint all over me)

Yes, and quickly rinse off with soap and water but you can probably just use a wash cloth and rub the polish off; it will not stay on because your skin has a lot of oil and the polish will not adhere to the skin.

Little bit of nail-polish remover should be fine.
But use some face wash and moisturizer after that !!

Yes this is fine as long as you dont have sensitive skin. I would reccommend using a cotton bud instead of a cotton wool ball as you can stick to a smaller area just in case you have a reactin to it.

nail polish is to be applied on nails so remover too has to be used for same purpose if u wear nail polish elsewhere then remover too can be used for same purpose

yes... ur skin may feel a little cool and may become a little dry..
but go ahead and remove the dot... afterwards, u may want to put a little moisturizer on it

yes .. its safe. just use it to get the nail polish off and then wash off the remover. i usually get remover all over my fingers when i take polish off of my finger or toe nails.

nail polish remover is not for skin. it may strip off natural oil and moisture of your skin.

yes its fine but i would be careful about it...especially with it being on ur nose make sure it doesnt like run down into ur mouth or close to it cuz its poison but its safe to put it on skin...be careful about getting it on ur clothes too cuz it can eat holes through fabrics....
