I'm kind of traditional when it comes to my Christmas music, but one of my favorite new twists on an old classic is Shedaisy's version of Jingle Bells.

There are no good Christmas carols. Ever notice that pretty much every Christmas carol is written like advertisement jingle? The whole genre of Christmas music is just advertisement...
"Cut down trees and kill a turkey...la la la
Buy a bunch of junk nobody needs...la la la
Wrap it up in paper and kill more trees...la la la
Lie to your children about Santa Claus...la la la
Hey look Jesus came back--he got fat and old and he's all dressed in red...la la la
Back to work January 2nd with a hangover and huge credit card bill that will take you until next Christmas to pay off...la la la
You probably aren't even a Christian...la la la"
There's a Christmas song for you. I not sure if its modern and redone but what do you want for a holiday thats modernly overdone? By the way, Jesus' birthday is actually in March.
