If he's got a 360... get him Gears of War. It's gotten amazing reviews and looks spectacular.

If he is a serious gamer dont' get him a game get him something else, or go somewhere on a trip with him. The reason i say this is
that serious gamers tend be quite selective in the games they want. If he is not that serious a gamer just get what is the best selling xbox game that comes out a couple of weeks before xmas.

Well its better not send him xbox games, because you may only have a little idea of xbox games, u might just think RPG games are cool. or combat games, shooting, sports~ what ever, I don't think its a good idea, why don't give something that has a similar appearance or anything that just match his attitudes

you could ask yr boyfrend's cliques, they must have a better idea hanging out with him. perhaps go to his house, and not buy repeats of what he already has.
