The most important thing you can do to get up on time is get good sleep!

The best thing for a good nights sleep is to get a routine. Go to bed at the same time every night. When your body get's in this routine (give it at least a week to feel the benifits), it will feel healthier and will have an easier time getting up.

Do not set your alarm early enough to hit the snooze button more than once. If you hit snooze for on hour, then you really lost a lot of good sleep. Just discipline your mind. Make sure your last thoughts before going to sleep the night before are about how you have to get up in the morning when you hear your alarm.

Make sure that you are getting at least 20 minutes of activity during the day. This will balance your body and you will sleep better!

Get 7 to 8 hours (at least!!!).

Good luck!

put your alarm across the room so you have to actually get up to change it. Do something else too, like set another alarm across the house. It will make you drag your but out of bed and wake you up slightly. Have someone call you at a certain time of day every morning. perhaps just after you have turned off all your alarm clocks. Once you are in the habit, it will be a lot easier.

MAYBE YOUR GETTING TO BED TOO LATE AND CAUSING YOUR BODY TO NOT WANT TO WAKE UP. IT IS ALSO A MIND THING BECUASE IN THE MORNINGS I KNOW I HAVE TO BE UP NO LATER THAN 6:30AM. I'LL SET THE ALARM CLOCK TO 6:00AM AND GIVE MYSELF TIME TO SNOOZE. aLSO A GOOD THING TO DO IS SET YOUR ALARM CLOCK AT LEAST 15 TO 20 MINUTES FAST, SO THIS WAY YOU DON'T FALL BEHIND ON GETTING TO WORK ON TIME.

Try using the alarm on your mobile phone.Find the most annoying tone you can,and put the phone across the other side of your bedroom,so you have to get out of bed to switch it off.

Keep your alarm at a distance you can't reach n just press a button.Try going to bed earlier.,ask a friend to call.I think there r services that they charge to your phone bill n it will call you each day as an alrm.

You can train your body to wake at certain times. By saying loudly to yourself that you need to be awake at (?) time, several times a couple of hours before you hit the sack. also if you visit the loo before sleeping, just as you go to bed, dont! this should aid you in waking at a decent time.
