Try those lace style curtains.
As long as it is lighter outside than inside you can see out and no one can see in.

Lowes and Home Depot have a Window Film with a Mirror Surface -- you can see out, but it is difficult to see in. Apply this as directed -- and they will point you out the items you need for installation if you just ask the clerk in that department.

I assume you would like something like a two way mirror.Check w/ a vehicle tint shop in your area.They will have the film that you can put on your windows.Make sure you bring the measurements of the window you want to cover.

Try window tint. They come in various colours. blue, green, red, silver, gold. Remember though, lighting plays an important role here. You can see through the tint to the area that has the most light.

I'd say sheer curtains. You can see a bit from outside, but not much, and even less from a distance. I found some on sale at BigLots for $5/panel

just a typical roll down shade. you know the ones that you just pull down and they are in a cylinder shape. 10 bucks or cheaper. keeps out light
