What does "i have enough erasers" mean?

someone told me they were hot inside. i told them to turn on the AC. They responded with "i have enough erasers". I didn't get it. So I'm asking. lol.

dont bother with the ac....PUT IN A ICE COLD BATH AND COVER HIM WITH ICE!!! he is delerious!
