As a US citizen what should I do to get a job in Sweden?

I'd love to live/work in Sweden but I need to know first what are the steps I should take to go over there and make this come true. I am a 26 year old Informatics' Bachelor graduate born in Texas. Do I need a special VISA (or equivalent) for doing that? Any specific details will be WELCOME!

Any details on how to become a Swedish citizen will be appreciated too!!!

Is there a Swedish Embassy nearby where you live? If not, go online and look up either Embassy of Sweden or Swedish Embassy on Google.
