Do they really help or is it just some money-making scam? How much does a bottle cost on average?

I had alot of issues a few years ago with different health problems. After taking 2 a day and eating more yogurt, the problems are gone. I don't know if it's in my head but if I run out, I start noticing problems again. I pay around 7 dollars a bottle and I keep them in the refrigerator. Good Luck!

There is a very large and rapidly growing body of scientific research that supports the principle of probiotics. Price varies dramatically and depends on the quality, quantity, and diversity of organisms in the supplement.

For fun I entered 'probiotics' in the search window of Pubmed/medline (the medical research site) and found over 3000 scientific papers.

Best wishes and good luck.

I've been taking them for a month now. I can't say I'm feeling better or anything, but I have been maintaining my weight & I've been eating the same. The pills must be doing something to help that.
