it may be easier said than done but the 1st thing is do not panic, take some deep breaths and use visualisation, imagine being in a clalm quiet place that you know, then let out all the anxieties out whilst you take deep breaths. then as you inhale think calming thoughts etc. focus on the test when you get in as the questions wil not look as dificult. read each question 3 times before jumping in, write clearly and precisley.
treat each question dffernenly try not to get too distracted by idle thoughts or the next test. good luck

Do not panic ! because if you are nervous you will have more pressure on your mind and you will just mess up your test you will have 0 out of 100.But if you calm down your mind is calm down that means your mind can think peacefully and smartly you can have an A+plus.

If you're that nervous, chances are you've studied so much that you know all the answers. If your mind blanks on the test, remind yourself that you DID study and you DO know the answer, and it will come to you.
