yeah, these are emails that bypassed the spam filter, so it must work!

This is their attempt at bypassing the Spam filter. They put random words and phrases to get by it. It makes the spam filter think its an actual email.

spam filter normally filter some commen words like sex, drug etc. make the title/content simmilier to it like s2x, dr0g will confuse the spam filter and pass it.

because different emails attract differrent people.
In many cases they tend to put familiar names on the title hoping it could reach a few hundred thousand.
