Greenhouse is on total concrete, would it help to use bark chippings for some insulation, i.e. keeping cool in summer & warm in winter or best left as it is ? No electricity, so will have to get some type of heater.

As Nancy mentioned, a layer of gravel, no matter how thin will add some to the overall convienience. Also when you water you won't have to stand in wet.
Finally, if you flood the floor in cold weather it helps a teeny bit with adding moisture to the air and keeping the temp up. Some heating will still be needed, however.
Also as someone else pointed out, bark will carry disease, and decompose. It would have to be replaced and others may not like walking on it.

No on the mulch. You'll foment a lot of disease, insects and weeds. Just leave the concrete; hopefully it's a rough finish, because it's easy to slip on a smooth finish.

Also be sure to have good ventiliation. Very inportant. Also keep in mind that a heater that isn't running clean may produce fumes that can adversely affect your plants.

Many of the greenhouses I have seen have gravel floors. This helps humidity since as you water the plants, the excess water remains for a time on the gravel.

Remember you will have to walk on this floor as will your customers. I don't know if bark is good to walk on.

I'd say keep the concrete. Good hygienic surface; also it will absorb heat during the day and give it back out at night, helping to (slightly) regulate the temperature.

There are some rubber squares that can be laid and locked together. Check some of the greenhouse supplies on the web.
Growerssupply.com is one of my favorites.

concrete.it will hold the heat in winter..also when you damp the greenhouse floor in summer, it wont dry out so quick.
