why does this happen...anyone whom i care for or who ever i know tels me something that i feel was rude..i take it so seriously that i start crying..what is the matter with me ...why am i acting such way

i don't know but i tell you i have cried watching some tv commercials, the finale of dancing with the stars.........things i see on the street like and old lady carrying her groceries....those things make me cry too!

It could be that you have low self esteem. You take what someone says about you seriously because you believe what they say if it puts you down. If you had a higher opinion of yourself, you wouldn't put so much value in what others said about you that was bad. You would know that you are a good person. You would know you have value, and you would know that if there was something someone said that had some truth to it, you could change to be a better person. Instead of being strong and defending yourself, you take what is said to heart that you're bad, and cry about how right they are.
