I had read about the new Zune coming out and Microsoft says when you cancel your subscription, you lose the music you download.
You can only keep it if you subscribe for life (like Bill Gates really needs the money) What happens if you subscribe to Itunes and then cancel your subscription? Do you lose all your music, too?

iTunes doesn't operate on subscriptions--you create an account that you link a credit card/bank account/paypal account to and pay out of it, but there's no subscription to cancel, as no money is being taken out of your account in order to keep your collection.
