I installed windows xp pro, when its done I tried to listen the news then there is no audio sound at all,?

I tried to upgrade nothing happened and then I tried driver update still problem because it says cannot update the driver so please tell me what to fix this problem

go to the manufacturers website and download the driver or use www.driverguide.com

Check that the driver for your sound card was installed. My Computer- Properties- Hardware.
If there is a problem with the card or driver it will be obvious there.
