not sure. i almost had one when i had my fourth kid. my uterus won't contract after i gave birth and continued to bleed. doctor said that from the fourth kid, it is more likely to have hysterectomy, especially if the spacing of the kids are not that far apart (say one or two years only).

your womb will show if you have been pregnant or not b4 and the cervix of the womb is stretched or thinned as they say

none. pregnancy is completed at the time of birth nothing is left.
