I know it's not the perfect option, but have you tried obtaining an emergency loan from the DSS, they may be able to help as your trying to get a job.
Another option is to go to college and improve your CV. I know tat as a father (if your still with the mother of your child) you can obtain a student loan and grant. OK you have to pay the loan back, but the repayments are small.
With the grant, (I get around £8500 per academic year) you could use a small portion of it to finance your dental repair and your driving test.; and you would also improve your CV.
I know neither option is perfect, but they are do-able.

As The Villar Queen says, you can get the tooth done on the NHS and just apply for your driver's licence like everyone else.
If the problem is that you need driving lessons, then go to the job centre or temping agencies, like everyone else and get a job to earn money to pay for the lessons. Unless you have a job where you have face-to-face contact all the time, there is no need to get the tooth done. If you are on the phone or factory work or whatever, who cares what you look like?
Your new child should be the only motivation that you need to get up on time, apply for every job going and earn your own money instead of expecting the state or a YA-er to fund you.

Getting a job is usually through merit, qualifications, aptitude and attitude and nothing to do with looks. You will be able to save up for a driving test, but in the meantime use public transport or scrounge a lift. This is what you will find that most people have had to do. borrowing money is not the answer. Good luck!

No-one is going to give you money with the promise that you will pay them back! I am sorry people are not that trustworthy. If you are from the UK however I propose that you go to a dentist and explain your situation as i am sure you will most likely get treatment free if you are on benefits and that the work needs to be done for psychological reasons rather than just cosmetic!

You can get a new front tooth from an NHS Dentist, and it does not cost anything to get a new driving licence.

Why don't you try going to the bank, explain what you want to do and see if they will give you any finance. No one on here will give you money on the say of your word, you don't get anything for nothing. Sorry.
