I cracked up laughing when I saw that.Karen Hughs wrote a book about her time with President Bush and she talks of that video..,President Bush,at that time govenor of texas was joking that Karen is always telling him what to do and he flipped the bird at her after she said something about his appearance,I think it was his hair.
