So far we've been hiring a hotel and have cultural events. These events like songs, skits, dances etc are done by our employees
This time we wanted to do something a bit different.
We have offices spread across three different cities and employee size of 300

Maybe you can do contests and people who win can win extra vacation time, or extra perks like closer parking spaces, or personal days off (birthdays, a friday or monday off to make a 3 day weekend). Do some kind of theme for each office and let each office decorate and see who can come up with the best one then use the above prizes as incentive for involvement. Good luck!

1] Arrange some Games shows, some sport prizes. U can easily keep few one minutes games.
2] Try inviting some special guest/soap personality/stars to make peoples day.
