The only way to ensure a son is to adopt. There is no sure fire method of choosing the sex of your baby (well, unless you go to IVF)

there is no way of making yourself have a boy,you get what you get.....but even if the baby was a beautiful precious little girl....isnt it better then nothing?

Gender really can't be contolled by how you have/when sex. I don't know what to tell you...cross your fingers and pray hard? Good luck!

only have sex on the day of ovulation.. not before .. only the day of it is still only 80%
