Both 'will' and 'going to' are in the future tense. I need to know a little bit more about the sentence to see the full context of what you are asking.

I am going to...
He is going to...
They are going to...
She/he is going to...
We are going to...
These refer to an action that will be performed in the future.
They can also refer to an action that will be performed in the future by the addition of the word GO, or a word such as LATER that refers to the future. Eg,
I am going to...the bathroom( present)
I am going to GO to the bathroomLATER.
You can only say WILL with the addition of an adjective in the future or present tense. EG
I WILL GO to the mall
He WILL MEET me at the mall
They WILL EAT at the mall
Basically you can use both WILL and GOING TO but correct usage depends on how many other words you want to use to talk of a future action.
Hope this is usefull i have used a bit of commonsense and 38 years of speaking and writing English

You're not very informative, but I think I got you. Both can be used in different ways to express the future tense, except will is something that you intend to do, e.g. "I will water the plant" where as going to sounds more definite "I am going to water the plant".
Hope this helps you!

These are future tenses of 2 different verb forms - 'will' is the future of 'to be' and 'is going ' contains an auxiliary verb (to go). It all depends on the context of the sentence you want to use.
Eg - I will read that book.
I am going to read that book.
Both forms are correct.

Yes, this is the perfect example of why grammar is so important. Make friends with it, or no-one will ever understand a word you're talking about (as is the case here), and you won't be able to communicate your ideas or thoughts.

When talking about the future you use words like will or "I will be going to that party".

Can you rephrase the question?
Do you mean "I will" or "I am going to"
I think it depends on the situation, for example you could say "I will cook" or "I am going to the shops"..
