Check out Universal Studios and have lunch/cocktails at the Hard Rock Cafe. Definately do Sea World. Can you hire a car? It is well worth driving out to Cape Canaveral. Do a boat trip on the swamps to spot alligators. In fact, though it is well cheesy, you will bizarrely love Gatorland too. See those big old reptiles jumping out of the water for chickens. There is a big botanical garden in Orlando - think it's called the Henry P. Liu gardens? Worth a look if you like fancy plants.
Just one thing (well, actually two things) to note. They tend to try to charge you for trying to take your photo everywhere you go, especially at some of the restaurants and it's a right bore. And I'd avoid supermarket wine if I were you. Don't buy some to take back to your hotel like we did. Eeewwwwww - vile. Stick to Bud because that's ok.
Have a great time!!

I've been the last few summers and very jealous of you now.
Check out the Florida Mall and Downtown Disney (The drinking/shopping area of Disney, seperate from the theme park). If you want to visit a theme park i'd recommend universal studios. The Princess Mall is also pretty good.

It would help to know what part of Florida you will visit and what interests you besides shopping malls.
Orlando has a mall that goes on and on for blocks.
Contact the Chamber of Commerce in the areas you intend to visit.
I live here and love it. I'm a senior citizen now but my first job out of high school was a 'mermaid' at Weeki Wachee Springs in Weeki Wachee. Don't know if you heard of it but its an underwater theatre and the mermaids are under water for 30 to 45 minutes.

It counts where you go in Florida. The Florida Mall is great. If no going that far down, Go to the Avenues mall in Jacksonville. They have redone it and I have not been in it in a while. I liked Bush Gardens and Downtown Disney.
Hope you have a great time here.

Yeah, branch shops are branch shops.....yet even as in Downtown Detroit, flow eat on the problematical Rock Cafe, it really is continually interesting, in case you may get tickets, why not soak up a Tiger's interest, flow to Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Partridge Creek Mall is an uppity mall in Clinton Township, that is so-so, how about Metro coastline in Harrison Township..in case you ultimately end up on Gratiot in Eastpointe, and prefer solid hand-crafted Italian nutrients, eat on the Villa, that is impressive! The Detroit Zoo in Royal o.ok.is okay too...do not bypass over the polar undergo show! savour! also, Downtown Royal o.ok.is a hectic happening position!

If you are going to be anywhere near Davie or Boca Raton, there is the great Japanese restaurant called Ichiban. It is absolutely fabulous, thats if you're into japanese food. Its not too pricy either.
If you are interested I can give you both addresses.

It depends on what area your going to. There are so many places to go and see. I would check with the hotel or resort your staying at to find attractions or local hangouts in that area. Its a good time to go......Have Fun !!!!!
