I have seen it be prescribed as late as 5 days, but at that point (or at 4 days, for that matter) it's pretty ineffective. The Copper-T IUD is a form of emergency contraception that can be used 5-7 days after unprotected sex, but it is typically fairly hard to find a physician who will insert it in time. It can't hurt to ask.. pay a visit to your local Planned Parenthood!

No. The maximum time is 72 hours, and even then it may not be effective. There are many, many instances of the pill not working at all, and the longer you wait, the less effective it is.

It is most effective within 48 hours of sexual intercourse. I work as a crisis counselor (mainly with rape victims) and the hospital's give it up to 96 hours after a sexual assault.

NO! I mean, what makes you think that? The girl you slept with has to take at least 6 to 8 hours after sex in order for it to work. If you wait that long, well you just became a father.
