Over the past 3 days i noticed that the bottom right side of my stomach has been getting enlarge just a little, and i've been keeping an eye on it but i woke up this morning with a sharp pain in the area, and feeling very nasuas, then i peed my pants without knowing. I'm going to the doctor at 10:30 but what do you think this could be?

This could be a number of things, an ovary, appendix, a bladder or intestinal tumor. Good luck.

An infection of some sort (probably bladder). Its good that you are going to the Doc this morning...Let us know how it turns out.

it could be hernia or a stomach ulcer. go see a doctor
