no your not rascist for wanting your family to have the same rights as the "others". in fact you should have more rights if you were born and bred in the country but unfortunatley here in britain that is not the case we actually have less rights whilst recieving less benefits if we become unemployed or sick as opposed to the imigrants (alot of which are illegal) who get much more of OUR money that we worked for which they take

You'll need to do a little more research. Your family most likely had no rights at all prior to the signing of magna carta for example. Law changes over time, relative to circumstances.
I'm assuming you are complaining about laws prohibiting 'hate speech'. I suspect if you take a box to speakers corner you'll be able to say anything you want, regardless of new laws. However, if you incite violence by your speech, it's reasonable to stop you.
A previous poster mentioned the right to free speech in the US. Actually, that's limited by law too. For example, you can't shout "FIRE!!!" in a crowded theater. You also cannot wear clothing with anti-Bush slogans, carry signs opposing the President, or shout anything within his hearing. In 2001 Bush effectively ended free speech in the US when he set up 'free speech zones' which are corralled areas where protesters are herded at any event the President attends. Even the Supreme Court (which ruled against him) has not been able to stop this practice.
So throughout the world, free speech is limited.

England is only the land of free speech if you are of a certain domination. Radical Muslims can stand on Hyde Park Corner spewing out vile abuse against us and celebrating the 9-11 bombers as martyrs. If you or I so much as try and have a sensible debate such as stopping immigration as we are overcrowded or banning veils in certain places, we are branded as racist and threatened with arrest. Your Grandparents would not recognise the land they fought and died for.
It seems like the indigenous white population has less rights than immigrants, I agree.

I hear this a lot from your traditional and true countrymen: "who won the war anyway?"
I fear for what your country will become.
I think instead of fighting and hating Bush and the Iraq war, the British people should be united over the immigration policies and the fact that their country is fertile breeding ground for would -be Jihadi terrorists.
Appeasment does not work with these people, you were at war long before 9-11, and the war is in the extremist Muslim mindset against the West.
I'm worried that your countrymen have too much a guilt complex and will not have the spine for your civil race wars yet to come.
Will your PC foolish fellow Brits spit on our troops or welcome us if we come in and help you to rid your country of the enemy within?

You are so unclear by the comments after the question, that it is impossible to answer your question.
Oh and by the way, speech is never and has never been free. Say the wrong thing and you will be punished in one way or another. Open your mouth and you must be prepared to pay the price. It will come.
So speaking freely means that you must be brave and be prepared to fight for what you think is right. You will have to.

What rights are you suggesting? England is (generally) a land of free speech, but it also has an honorable tradition in acceptance and tolerance of people wanting to contribute to our society from elsewhere. "Pure" Englishness is a myth: everyone is the product of a number of cultures.
