Where can I find a pattern to sew a Santa Lucia gown for a 12 year old girl?

I'm sorry - I couldn't find anything. This is a really tough one. I'd contact one of the Nordic import stores like Ingebretsen's in Minnesota to see if they know where to look. I've been searching for you for the last 25 minutes and could not find something. It's a really good product idea for anyone with Scandinavian descent (like myself.) I'd like to have a pattern for this, too. I tried American Girl because they have a Swedish doll and they sell clothing for girls to dress like their dolls, but I didn't see a Santa Lucia costume for girls, just one for the Kirsten doll.
