Most likely it is "SLAP" which stands for Superior Labrum Anterior Posterior. The labrum is a soft fibrous tissue rim that surrounds the socket (called the glenoid) of the shoulder to help stabilize the joint. This means the superior glenoid labrum has torn or detached. This is more complicated than normal rotator cuff tear because the labrum tear serves as the origin attachment of the long head of the biceps muscle.
