Greet him as you would normally. There is nothing wrong with someone just because they believe in a certain religion. If anything, you should read up on Islam and give you knowledge about what this religion is all about. You can greet him saying Salaam.

Hey man! He is still yours brother no matter what his belief is. That's the fact that you can't ignore. Just because he is Islam, you feel that he's an alien? Just treat him like you always treat him before he become a Muslim. Learn about Islam from him as his religion will not allowed him to do certain things like drinks alcohol, eating pork & gamble etc. This will help you avoiding making offence his beliefs by doing these things. Just be cool & talk to him as your brother not as a muslim. I'm sure you & him will have a lot to talk about.

I am the only Muslim in my family. I converted two years ago. I never did and still do not expect any special treatment from my family because I am a different religion. Just don't be afraid to ask questions, and have a normal relationship with your brother. My relationship with my sister never changed, we went to a movie last night and she stayed over my house and hung out with my husband and I all night. Family is family.

Just say hello, and treat him as your brother. Muslims have lived well and friendly with other religions for almost thousand years. Brother is brother, nothing can change that. He will love you as sister like in the past if you try to kind with him.
Only some ******' bastards treat Muslims like dangerous aliens. They never realize even they hate each other.

if ur brother is a muslim then u shold not be worried abt him.u have to respect his beliefs n religion as well as he also should do the same for u.it hapenes with every religion,not only in islam.so dont worry n just learn abt the basic islamic knowledge to deal with him . dont afraid !muslims are human like u not aliens :-) good luck.
