Two of the funniest off the wall ones are:
Girls Will Be Girls
Die Mommy Die
If you are a grown up and not going to be watching in mixed company, John Waters early films are disturbingly funny, pretty hard core though.
Female Trouble
Pink Flamingos
Others
A Home At End of World
Latter Days
24th Day
The Trip
Maurice
Angels In America
Old School
Children's Hour
Sudenly Last Summer
That Certain Summer

My favorite movie of this genre is "Boys Don't Cry". Based on a true story of the life of Teena Brandon. It's a drama, so be prepared. First time I cried. Every time I've watched it after that, I just get pissed off at the two jerks and start throwing s**t at my TV. I guess it affects me differently than most, because I'm also female to male transgendered.
Another one of my favorites is "If These Walls Could Talk 2"...also based on the real struggles of gay people (in this movie they are all lesbian) through different decades in history. I believe it starts in the 40's and goes through the 90's.
A few others that I've thought of:
Bound
But I'm a Cheerleader (Rupaul plays a straight counselor for a "we'll turn you straight" camp...too funny)
Too Wong Foo Thanks for Everything Julie Newmar(not gay, but crossdressers involved)
The Birdcage
The Incredibly True Story of Two Girls in Love (or something like that)
Tipping the Velvet
Kissing Jessica Stein
Claire of the Moon
The Matthew Shepard Story (based on a true story, very sad)
Angels in America (deals with AIDS, again, very sad)
and of course, my ALL time favorite: RENT!!

But I'm a Cheerleader... a young girl's parents send her to a concentration camp for gays where they re-educate people on being straight. The girl meets and falls in love with another girl while she's there and learns to stand up for herself... it's on my favorite movie lists on my 360 profile :)

Hmm, Hedwig and the Angry Inch is something you have to see if you never have, though it's not purely GLBT. I also liked Better Than Chocolate and Latter Days.
Perhaps you can give us some details on the movies you have seen, so we can just suggest new ones?

Have you seen Big Eden? (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0212815/) It's fluffy and romantic, good for curling up with after a long day. The scenery's nice as well.

Kiss me Quido was hilarious! (I hope I spelled that right...) and if you are into more "potty" type humour, Boat Trip with Cuba Gooding Jr. was pretty funny.
