98.4 is normal, anything up to 99 is a low fever and above that
you have some viral infection, probably the flu, and must get
treated. Also, take in mind that morning temperatures are
always lower since sleep slows your metabolism. Therefore,
98.4 in the morning could build up to 100+ by night time.

98.6 is the standard norm but some people normally are a few degrees higher or lower
your body fluctuates at different times of the day
can vary if you have just eaten or drank hot or cold substances
always take your temperature under your tongue not in your cheek for 3-5 minutes
anything 101 or above is a fever
temperatures consistently in the low to mid hundreds can mean there is a low grade infection
consistently low temperatures also are a warning sign

Each person does vary, but if for example it is for a child, then their temperature should range between 36.1C to 37.4C, if a temperature in a child starts to go above 37.4C, then this could be the start of a temperature, unless their is another reason for them being hot at that time. In my daughters case, 37.1 is the beginning of a temperature for her so, we each vary.

The "normal" temperature for humans is 98.6 degrees F. But people can fluctuate depending on where the tempeture is taken. Different parts of the mouth are warmer and can varry as much as a degree.

if you feel hot take 1-3 spoons of epsoms salts to go to the toilet as meat, sugar, dairy foods can sit there and ferment to cause a fever
drink pure water and fresh pear juice / fruit to cleanse and protect the brain & body
