No they just show a lot of press releases disguised as news. I think most people are smart enough to realize this. I'm sure there are a few dummies who don't catch on to this but most do.

SOME Americans.
Fox News has a very noticeable slant to the "right" (Republican).
So, of course, the conservatives among us, choose to believe everything said on Fox, is both accurate and unbiased. Because it mirrors their opinion on things.
Fortunately, in the States, we have many news outlets to pick from. The majority of which aren't so partisan.

Like all media everywhere, you can listen to what they have to say, but then decide how you feel about it. If you don't agree with their point of view, you don't agree! Anyone who thinks Fox News is reliable and unbiased is, of course, a blithering idiot.

What I think is funny about the public view of Fox News is that it doesn't have the obvious leftward slant that CNN, MSNBC, and other network news has, so therefore it MUST be far right, and therefore is untrustworthy.

Well, it is owned by the Republicans.... But it's not all that much worse than most TV news. Insipid, obvious, sensationalistic, and dumb.
