integer is x
1/2 x = 3+ 1/3 * (x+1)

x / 2 = 3 + (x+1) / 3
3x / 6 = 18 / 6 + (2x + 2) / 6
3x = 18 + 2x + 2
3x = 2x + 20
x = 20

Take the integer to be x, let's say.
half of the integer is x/2, which is more than the third of the next integer: (x+1) with 3.
x/2=3+(x+1)/3 |*6
3x=18+2*(x+1)
3x=18+2x+2
3x=20+2x
3x-2x=20
x=20

20 is the answer!!

Let that integr be x, thus next integer is x+1.
Now, Half of this integer is 3 more than one third of the next integer, this give you
(x/2)+3 = (x+1)/3
=> x+6 = (2/3)*(x+1)
=> x+6 = (2/3)*(x)+(2/3)
=> x-(2/3)*(x) = (2/3)-6
=> (1/3)*(x) = -16/3
=> x = -16

let the integer be x
x/2=3+1/3(x+1)
taking lcm
3x=18+2x+2
x=20

n=integer
n/2-3=(n+1)/3 multiply by 6
3n-18=2n+2
n=20

check
20/2-3=21/3
10-3=7

let it be x
then
(x/2)-3=(x+1)/3
take lcm
(x-6)/2=(x+1)/3
3x-18=2x+2
x=20
