Thi is probably a tall order if searching in Central London. However, do not despair. You can try Croft Lofts, they specialise in loft conversions to let. Very reasonable prices.
Stagecraft, do much the same, but have a few houses.
Have a look at www.mycheaphouse.com Mainly houses for sale - but sometimes have houses to let. Good prices.
www.sternstudios.co.uk Not only studios - but houses and flats in London only. Really good co. Have purchased a lat through them. Very honest people - very whacky descriptions. e.g. Just room to swing the cat. Do not look out of the window !! etc. etc. Well worth a look.
