Prague (like a fairy tale city)
Stockholm (its medieval part is amazing!)
Paris (sooo romantic!)
You´d better ask where in Europe does it not snow for Xtmas (possibly only in Greece, part of Italy and little more)

that's quite such as my forecast right here in New Jersey, and we had a not on time beginning off. people on the instant have been discussing a brilliant threat for perhaps no college, because of the fact approximately 3-5 inches grew to become into dumped final nighttime, and yet another a million-3 inches is envisioned for this nighttime, and this is sleeting, snowing, and raining exterior good now. enable's desire for a snow day. The above poster is definitely incorrect. this is not concerning the accumulation, this is approximately how risky the roads are. The temperatures are going to dip to mid wintry climate temperatures, and would desire to reason re freezing on the roads, AND this is meant to snow, so as which could be an computerized snow day. whether you get carry of a foot, if the roads are risk-free and clean you're able to desire to nonetheless have college.

Granada, Mid South Spain. You have the best of both worlds, a ski resort and an amazing city. Also you are only just over an hour to the beaches. Its the Sierra Nevada 12,000' up - totally amazing.

Russia of course, plus Ukraine, Belarus, Finland, Sweden, Norway and maybe a little in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
I'd go with St. Petersburg. Guaranteed snow, temps around -8 C and it's a really, really beautiful city in winter and of course, lots of history and culture.
