I am trying to glue black plastic pipe to regular pvc pipe for a drain. Will gorilla glue work ?

yes it will work because it is compatible with both materials but a better choice is a mechanical joint if possible

Why don't you use standard PVC primer and adhesive. Why gorilla glue. You can get a pack of this stuff at walmart for like 2 - 3 dollars. Better to do it right then wrong down the road and find problems.

You should not try to glue the two together. Use a rubber Fernco coupling (available at home depot and elsewhere), or stick with the black ABS throughout.
