I must punch any key on my laptop (except the mouse : no effect) it become as normal. I don't known why.

We had this problem a few years back. Our monitor stopped working all together. It may be time to buy a new one.

Check the powersaving settings. Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, then choose Power Options. Since you mention it is a laptop, you may also want to troubleshoot what it does when it is plugged in versus when it is running on battery power.

There is a cable in your computer that links the video card to the screen. This needs replacing, as it will over time show nothing on your screen at all.

you say it happens while you are working,is this happening while you are working or while it is waiting?since you say you have to hit a key it is most likely your setting for the screensaver is set to go on after a short time open the settings and adjust the time to a longer time.
